Located in a quiet area, just outside Kenmare Town, Lodgewood Cottage is a modern high-quality bungalow
with an entrance hall to a comfortable lounge with fireplace and colour TV. The separate,
well-equipped kitchen/dining room includes a microwave and dishwasher.
A utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are three spacious bedrooms - two are doubles with an ensuite bathroom,
one twin with a private bathroom. A cot is also available (Without cot linen).
Sleeps six plus a baby. Lodgewood Cottage is fully central heated.

Large enclosed garden with a swing, furniture and a barbeque. A short 5 minute walk
(Perhaps 20 minutes back!) will bring you to a choice of many pubs in the beautiful town of
Kenmare, as well as an array of shops. The cottage is just around the corner from
Kenmare Golf Course and is within short distance from the sea, Kenmare Pier and equestrian centres.

you had failed to mention the very ample fridge/freezer and the tumble dryer (perhaps they had been added since your inspection)
Your description of the location seemed to be quite wrong, except that the bungalow is certainly situated in a quiet area
and you mention 15 minutes walk to the pub, it takes only 2 minutes to walk through small cut-through street
whereby one can get into the heart of the attractive little town
of Kenmare,which has shops of all descriptions, excellent pubs and restaurants.
We met with a very warm welcome from Mr and Mrs O'Dwyer including a fruit brack still hot
from the oven, and we were impressed with the generous provision of heating and hot water
at all times (though in fact we did not use the heating). We have a good first impression of your agency
